2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BBRS Game, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon account creation.

If you are accessing BBRS Game on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and that person will be equally liable for all obligations arising from use of the platform.

3Account Registration

To access real-money services on BBRS Game, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a secure password.

• Each person may hold only one BBRS Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BBRS Game will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your password or failed to secure your device.
• If you discover or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BBRS Game support immediately via live chat or email.
• BBRS Game may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.

By registering, you confirm that the information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change. Providing false information at any stage is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4Age Restriction

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. BBRS Game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, all activity on that account will be voided, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned where legally required.

If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered or is using BBRS Game, please report it to our support team immediately. We take underage gambling seriously and will investigate all such reports promptly.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

BBRS Game supports the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR.

• Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. BBRS Game does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods during standard hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that belong to you and match the name on your BBRS Game account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bonus restrictions: Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawal right of refusal: BBRS Game reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, BBRS Game will inform the player and request supporting documentation.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BBRS Game offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that override any general statements about promotions.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have opted in to receive promotional communications and met any eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings become withdrawable. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on BBRS Game bonuses is 30×.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate — this will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• BBRS Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method — will have bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying all applicable wagering requirements.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on BBRS Game — whether on sports markets, casino games, virtual sports, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the platform.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the BBRS Game system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets that have not been confirmed should be considered unplaced.
• BBRS Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there has been an obvious pricing error, system fault, or data feed error that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• For sports betting, all markets are subject to the specific rules for the sport in question. These are accessible from within the betting interface. In cases of doubt, BBRS Game's resolution will be final.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed within the betting interface before confirmation. BBRS Game reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on accounts where necessary.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and platform availability. BBRS Game is not liable for bets that fail to process due to connection issues on the player's side.

8Prohibited Conduct

BBRS Game maintains a strict policy against the following activities. Engaging in any of these behaviours — or attempting to do so — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, matched betting designed to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other method that circumvents the intent of promotions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game or market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tool to place bets, play casino games, or otherwise interact with BBRS Game.
• Money laundering: Using BBRS Game for any purpose connected to laundering funds of illegal origin. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorised to access, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.
• Arbitrage: Exploiting pricing discrepancies between BBRS Game and other platforms in a systematic manner is not permitted.

9Account Suspension and Closure

BBRS Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player through their payment provider.
• Player request — either as a responsible gaming measure or simply to close the account.
• Court order or directive from a relevant regulatory authority.

Where an account is suspended due to a security review, BBRS Game will contact the player within five working days to explain the process and request any necessary documentation. If the review concludes without finding any breach, the account will be reinstated and access restored promptly.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the findings of BBRS Game's internal review.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the BBRS Game platform — including but not limited to the logo, website design, game assets, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of BBRS Game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from BBRS Game without prior written consent.

Third-party game content displayed on BBRS Game remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Use of such content is subject to those providers' licensing agreements with BBRS Game.

11Privacy and Data Protection

BBRS Game collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process payments, comply with regulatory obligations, and provide customer support. The full details of our data practices are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with payment processors solely to complete transactions you initiate.
• BBRS Game may be required to disclose account information in response to a valid court order or regulatory request.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where deletion does not conflict with our legal obligations.

By registering on BBRS Game, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support, though this may affect your ability to use the platform.

12Responsible Gaming

BBRS Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or personal harm. The following tools are available to every registered player from within the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period; decreases apply immediately.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are able to lose in a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BBRS Game for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, no new accounts may be registered. To reinstate access after the exclusion period, a formal request must be submitted and approved by BBRS Game.

13Limitation of Liability

BBRS Game provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• BBRS Game is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, network failures, or technical issues outside our reasonable control.
• BBRS Game is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to log out of a device, share login credentials, or otherwise fail to secure their account.
• BBRS Game's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
• BBRS Game is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of the platform.

14Changes to Terms and Conditions

BBRS Game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated document will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, BBRS Game will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of BBRS Game following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The current version of these Terms always supersedes all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other communication from BBRS Game, these Terms take precedence.
